Property ID: CVBB1660

Nice villa with stunning views in Macsivenda. We are very pleased to present this beautiful villa located in Macisvenda.

The two strong points of this villa are the spectacular views all around. It is situated on a hill which offers views of the surrounding mountains as well as the village. There are no direct neighbors. The other highlight is the beautiful 12x6m swimming pool.

From the beautiful 56m² covered terrace, you can enjoy the view over the pool and the stunning natural surroundings.

The villa has a beautiful living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

The villa also has electricity, running water, internet access and an alarm.

To the rear of the villa is a small storage room and on the lower ground is a ruin with a troglodyte section of 56m² that could be converted into a casita for entertaining friends or for renting out.

All in all, an extraordinary villa where all you need to do is rethink your garden, which has been somewhat neglected. The level where the villa is located is more or less 1.000m² which will be easy to maintain.

At the moment the villa is rented until the end of March 2024. However, you can buy it and take over the rental contract and benefit from the 700€ in rental income from your tenants before moving in yourself in April 2024.

Don’t hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about this extraordinary villa.

Macisvenda is a village in the municipality of Abanilla, in the autonomous community Region Of Murcia, Spain. It lies close to the border of the province of Alicante in the Autonomous Community of Valencia.
In 2009, Macisvenda had 634 inhabitants, while in 2011, the population grew to 657 people
Macisvenda climate is characterised by warm summers and mild winters that favour the large amount of scrub that occurs in their places. Part of the town is very flat and the other uneven, with many houses built on small elevations, as with the stand down. Although it is a land with mountains where conifers and date palms can be found, there are olive trees, almond trees and above all, vineyards. The grapes of the whole area are intended to produce the wine, which is then sold in the same village and part of the province of Alicante . Macisvenda also has mountains and hills with pine and albardín esparto. The esparto was a major source of income and activities of these people.
