The covered terrace at the entrance is big and perfect for a dining table and chairs as well as plenty of space for relaxation areas and a super place to sit in the shade in July and August when it gets a little warm. 

The lounge/diner is a big space with some open stone features as well as a log burning fire and lots of natural light. The theme carries through to the kitchen which is really a kitchen/diner and not at all like the regular small Spanish kitchens and this one has some really imaginative lighting. 

The bathroom is super modern with a walk-in shower and a wood-panelled ceiling. There is an easy and inexpensive option to change the villa to a 3 Bed 2 Bath if preferred. 

There are three double bedrooms and one single which is currently being used as an office and the internet signal is very good indeed. The Master Bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe with is and hers entrances behind the bed and patio doors leading out to a terrace. 

On the grounds there is a garage that is being used for a dog grooming business, the business in not a part of the sale as the owner is relocating nearby. 

The garage can easily be converted into guest accommodation if this is required and there are two more outbuildings and look out for the motorbike planted in the garden wall, yes, really!! 

There are kennels and an aviary and the gardens are lovely but in desperate need of a gardener or this may be something that you would love to have a go at yourself. Behind the gardens is the majority of the land which is fully fenced.
