Plan B deferred payment no additional interest rate:

• 50 % first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 28 days after the deposit;
• The rest of the installments are individually arranged within a period of 1 year without paying an additional interest rate.
The ownership rights are transferred after the full payment is done.

Plan C with 10 % discount – when buying more than one property (apartment + shop or two apartments):

Property management

• Organization of the order within the Pearl complex by internal rules.
• Security of the site by organizing the necessary security arrangements to ensure the tranquility of the residents.
