We are the providers of this website https://www.homesearch-overseas.co.uk (referred to as the “Site”)

We provide this site to our members who are Overseas Real Estate agents, Overseas Property Developers, and Overseas Private Home Sellers to display properties they are marketing.

A reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to a user of the site or any of our services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how and for what purposes we use the information collected about you. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you register with us, we save the details you provide and use them to enable us to personalize the service we offer to you. You can update your details at any time via our site. When you are signed in, we automatically pre-populate your saved details on contact forms.

Who has access to the information you provide or we collect

Registered users of this site can update their information, change settings or deactivate their account in the Account section of the Home Search Overseas & UK Ltd page once signed in.

Request access to your personal data: ( commonly known as a “data subject access request”) This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you: This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

Request erasure of your personal data: This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us to continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing, where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law.
